Electricity production in January 72 GWh
Production and wind conditions on Sweden's West coast were significantly better while output from wind farms on the East coast was slightly lower than normal. The disparity demonstrates the importance of having a geographically dispersed portfolio of wind power projects.
Total electricity production was 72,100 MWh1, which is about 9,600 MWh below budget. The outcome in the same month the previous year was around 47,900 MWh.
Out of the total monthly production, 52,400 MWh refers to company-owned wind power and 19,700 MWh to jointly owned wind power.
1 Including leased wind farms.
