Founders reallocate shareholding in Arise Windpower

The company's founders Peter Nygren (CEO), Ulf Corné and Leif Jansson, have reallocated 3,162,498 shares in Arise Windpower to companies they individually control. The transaction means that PLU Energy Holding AB will flag down for part of its holding, but the founders’ total holding will remain unchanged as well as their total share exposure in Arise Windpower. The undertaking made by the founders in connection with the listing of the shares at Nasdaq OMX to for a certain period of time not externally sell or pledge their shares (i.e. lock-up) also remains unchanged.
