Since 45,500 warrants have been exercised in Arise Windpower AB (publ) ("Arise Windpower") in accordance with press release on 3 March 2011 and 227,500 new shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 4 March 2011, the total number of shares and votes in Arise Windpower has increased to:
31,788,570 shares, representing 31,788,570 votes.
