Lars Fröding appointed Deputy CEO

Lars Fröding has, in addition to his role as COO of Arise Windpower AB (the “Company”), also been appointed Deputy CEO of the Company.

As Deputy CEO, Lars will be coordinating the Company’s internal resources for development and operation of the Company’s wholly owned wind farms.

Lars will take up his post of Deputy CEO on 1 July 2012.
