    Linus Hägg leaves his position as CFO

    Linus Hägg, CFO, has decided to leave Arise AB (publ) (“Arise”) to take up the position of Partner and CIO at Niam Infrastructure AB.   Linus will leave Arise AB in the beginning of April 2022 and a recruiting process will start immediately to find his successor.   Linus has been employed by Arise since 2011 and CFO since 2015, including being member of group management.     Arise finalizes the sale of the wind farms Ranasjö- and Salsjöhöjden

    Arise AB (publ), has today finalized the sale of the Ranasjö- and Salsjöhöjden wind farms, together totalling 242 MW (the “Projects”), to The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (“TRIG”) and funds managed by InfraRed (“InfraRed”). The transaction was completed substantially on the terms communicated on 26 May 2021. The sale is expected to have a positive impact on earnings of approx.     Arise AB calls for early redemption of its secured bonds maturing in 2021

    Arise AB (publ), (”Arise”) gives notice of voluntary total redemption of its senior secured green bonds 2018/2021 with ISIN SE0010920900 (the ”Bonds”), in accordance with the terms & conditions of the Bonds. The redemption date is set to October 14, 2020. The Bonds will be redeemed at their nominal amount, together with accrued but unpaid interest up until and including the redemption date. The redemption amount will be paid to each person who is registered as owner of Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden at the end of business on the record date 7 October, 2020.
