SVT extends framework agreement with Qbrick

Sweden's Television is extending its framework agreement with Qbrick regarding distribution services for SVT’s programmes via internet and mobile phone. SVT and Qbrick have been working together since 2003 and today Qbrick provides solutions and services within several different areas linked to SVT Play. The agreement, which runs up to and including 2012, was preceded by a public procurement process.

“Naturally we are grateful that SVT has once again placed its confidence in us as a partner, particularly since it appears that the market for Web and Mobile TV will be continuing to display strong growth over the next few years,” says Qbrick’s CEO, Eric Matsgård.
