Communiqué from Arkivator AB's Annual General Meeting on 3 April 2000 The Annual General Meeting approved the proposed shareholder dividend SEK 2.10 per share. Thursday, 6 April 2000 is the record date. The dividend will be paid out around 11 April 2000. The Annual General Meeting also passed the following resolutions: -that the company's name shall be changed from Arkivator Aktiebolag to LGP Telecom Holding AB -that the object of the company's business shall be changed to - directly or indirectly through subsidiaries - manufacture and sell precision- and rough-machined instruments and tools and to conduct manufacturing, sales, renting and development of electronic telecommunications equipment and therewith compatible activities - that the company's share capital shall be doubled through a bonus issue in accordance with the Board's proposal -to issue a subordinated debenture with detachable warrants to be offered to the group's employees in accordance with the Board's proposal -that the number of directors on the Board shall remain unchanged. The directors Dag Tigerschiöld, Mikael Gottschlich, Sven Hagströmer, Björn Norrbom, Lennart Jacobsson and Mats Gustavsson were re-elected Commenting on the resolutions passed by the Annual General Meeting, Mikael Gottschlich said: "Through the acquisition of LGP Telecom, Arkivator has advanced its position from the traditional engineering industry to that of a more refined development and production company in the telecom and high tech sector. Through the merger, we are now a complete system supplier with our own R&D, design, production and global sales organization. Against this background, the decision on the name change is an important part of the process of visualizing our overall business and its true value for our customers, owners and employees. "I also welcome the decision to broaden our capital base as well as the opportunity created by the new option programme to offer our employees a stake in any future growth in the value of our business. We must be able to continue to attract talented employees, and I believe that this measure will enhance our ability to increase our aggregate competence over time."
