The Synnersten family acquires warrants in Arla Plast’s warrant program
Kenneth Synnersten and Mats Synnersten have today, through K Synnersten Holding AB and Mats Synnersten AB, respectively, acquired a total of 375,000 warrants of series 2020/2023 in Arla Plast AB's ("Arla Plast" or the "Company") warrant program. The warrants were acquired from employees of Arla Plast.
In August 2020, a warrant program was established in Arla Plast whereby 980,000 warrants of series 2020/2023 were issued to ten key employees in the Arla Plast Group. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one share in the Company at a price of SEK 29.77 during the period from and including 1 August 2023 up to and including 1 September 2023. If all warrants are exercised, the Company's share capital will increase by SEK 117,600 through issue of 980,000 new shares, which corresponds to a dilution of approximately 4.67 percent.
Today, Kenneth Synnersten, through his wholly-owned company K Synnersten Holding AB, and Mats Synnersten, through his wholly-owned company Mats Synnersten AB, have acquired 176,000 and 199,000 warrants of series 2020/2023 respectively from employees of Arla Plast. After the transfers, 605,000 of the total 980,000 warrants are held by employees and former employees of Arla Plast.
As of 31 May 2023, Mats Synnersten AB was the largest shareholder and K Synnersten Holding AB was the third largest shareholder in Arla Plast, holding approximately 14 percent and approximately 12.1 percent of the shares and votes in the Company, respectively. As of the same date, the Synnersten family's total ownership in Arla Plast amounted to 48.25 percent of the shares and votes in the Company.
