All phases of Aros Bostad’s residential development project O2 Orminge in Nacka are sold out
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has sold the last out of totally 267 apartments within the residential development project O2 Orminge in Nacka. The project, which consists of nine apartment buildings constructed from Swedish timber, was started during the fall 2018 and is estimated for completion in the beginning of 2023.

It was one of our first projects outside central Stockholm and the very first to be constructed of wooden building modules. The project received Nacka Municipality’s award for sustainable city development and it is the first project where we build both tenant ownerships and rental apartments. Therefore, it feels great that it also has been appreciated by the market.”
O2 Orminge comprises three phases, of which two have been sold as tenant ownerships and one has been divested as a rental project. The apartments are created by the architect firm DinellJohansson and constructed by Lindbäcks.
