Aros Bostad breaks ground for the next phase of Invernesshöjden
Magnus Andersson, the CEO of Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has, together with the Head of NCC Bostad Stockholm Annika Grönberg and Claës Breitholtz, the Chairman of the building committee in Danderyd municipality, broken the ground for another 155 apartments in Invernesshöjden. The residential project corresponds to the second phase, out of four, within Invernesshöjden in Danderyd.
Magnus Andersson, CEO Aros Bostad says:
”It has been a long and exciting journey for Invernesshöjden. Recently, the first phase was completed on time and with very good result, and two weeks ago we received the building permit for the second phase. Now, we look forward to continue the development of Invernesshöjden which in the end will comprise more than 400 residential units.”
Claës Breitholtz, Chairman of the building committee in Danderyd says:
”Danderyd is the ninth municipality in the country in terms of density in built-up areas. We work according to the key concept to complement rather than exploit, to get a good mix of residential units and we warmly welcome additional families with children to the municipality. Invernesshöjden is a fine contribution to this area and the result of a very good cooperation.”

The residential project Invernesshöjden, which is owned by Aros Bostad’s fund ”Aros Bostad IV”, comprises a total of 421 residential units in Danderyd. Handover of the first phase is ongoing and the second phase counts as production started during the second quarter, when ground works were initiated. NCC Sverige AB is turnkey contractor for both the first and second phase.
