Arrive, a leading global mobility platform, has announced the appointment of Bill Castell as the organization's incoming Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. He will take up his position in early 2026. 

Arrive, a leading global mobility platform, has announced the appointment of Bill Castell as the organization's incoming Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. He will take up his position in early 2026. 

Castell brings a wealth of experience in driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and financial transformation across diverse, high-growth organizations. Most recently, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer at FTSE 250 listed Gamma Communications, a leading provider of technology-based communication solutions across Europe, where he alongside the CEO, successfully led the company's M&A agenda, driving an impressive international expansion in Germany.

His career has also included Group CFO roles at OVO Energy and Virgin Media, and 12 years at Barclays Bank, where he held a number of senior finance roles including Chief Financial Officer at Barclays Corporate Bank and Chief Financial Officer of Barclaycard Europe.
