Amendment of the General Terms for debentures issued by Arte Collectum I AB (publ)

Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”) has on 21 September 2022 resolved upon amendment of the General Terms for debentures issued by Arte Collectum I AB (publ) dated on 11 March 2022 (the “General Terms”) in order to further strengthen investor protection in the Fund and safeguard the common interest of the unitholders.

The amendment means that the loss of already one (1) key person results in the key person provisions in Section 5.3 of the General Terms becoming applicable. The intention of the amendment is to ensure investor influence at as early a stage as possible in the unlikely event that a key person resigns.

The unitholders of the Fund are notified of the amendment in accordance with the General Terms.
