Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”) issues a year-end report regarding the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

  • The operating profit amounted to TEUR -695.
  • The profit after tax amounted to TEUR -365.
  • The investments in art amounted to TEUR 7,021.
  • The value of the portfolio amounted to TEUR 15,157 as per 31 December 2023.
  • The net asset value (NAV) per unit in the Fund amounted to EUR 9,403 corresponding to 94.03 per cent, with a theoretical NAV which amounted to EUR 9,760, corresponding to 97.60 per cent.
  • During the accounting period, 19 unique artworks has been acquired.
  • The Fund has been classified by its AIF manager as an Article 9 Fund in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council (SFDR).

Significant events after the end of the period:

  • Rodney Alfvén has acceded as a board member of the Fund.
