INFORMATION ABOUT NAV AS OF 31 DECEMBER 2022 AND CORRECTION OF PREVIOUSLY STATED NAV AS OF 30 JUNE 2022

Arte Collectum I AB, org. no. 559350–6909, (“Fund”), announces that the net asset value (“NAV”) in the Fund as of 31 December 2022 amounted to 9,700 euro (97 percent).

When publishing the interim report per 30 June 2022, had the establishment costs not correctly been deducted from the Fund’s assets. As a result, the NAV in the Fund was incorrectly stated as EUR 10,000 (100 per cent) as of 30 June 2022. The correct NAV as of 30 June 2022, was instead EUR 9,705 (97.05 per cent).

Further information on the correction of the NAV as of 30 June 2022 is provided in the Fund’s year-end report on 24 February 2023.
