Issuance and allotment of debentures in Arte Collectum I AB (publ)

The Board of Directors in Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”) has on 1 June 2022 resolved upon an issue and allotment of debentures equal to a total nominal amount of EUR 11,400,000 with ISIN code SE0017485808 (“Debentures”) in accordance with the base prospectus (Sw. grundprospekt) and final terms (Sw. slutliga villkor) published on the Fund’s website. This is the first of two issues in the Fund.

The Debentures are planned to be admitted to trading on the Nordic AIF segment at Nordic Main Regulated (NGM) on Thursday, 9 June, 2022.
