New member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

The extraordinary general meeting of Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”) has today decided to appoint Jonas Höglund as member of the Board of Directors of the Fund.

Niklas Belenius has today notified the Fund’s Board of Directors of his intention to leave his position as Chief Executive Officer in order to further focus on the acquisition of artworks in his role as a member of the investment committee of Arte Collectum AB. The board of the Fund has therefore appointed Jonas Höglund as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Fund with immediate effect.
