The extraordinary general meeting of Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”) yesterday resolved to appoint Rodney Alfvén as member of the Board of Directors of the Fund.

Rodney Alfvén has nearly three decades of experience from the Nordic financial markets and, among other things, been Nordic Manager for equity analysis at Cheuvreux, Head of Investor Relations at Nordea and Head of Investment and Sustainability at Nordea Life Holding AB. He is currently Partner and Senior Director at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson.
