Arte Collectum II AB (publ) (the “Fund”) issues a year-end report for the period 10 April 2024 to 31 December 2024.

  • The Fund has under the period issued debentures with a nominal amount of TEUR 8,160.
  • The issued debentures have been admitted to trading on the Nordic AIF segment of Nordic Growth Market – Main Regulated.
  • Acquisitions and disposals of works of art have not yet taken place.
  • Investments in art amounted under the period to EUR 0.
  • The value of the portfolio as of 31 December 2024 amounted to TEUR 7,838.
  • The net asset value (NAV) per unit on December 31, 2024 of the Fund amounted to EUR 9,605 corresponding to 96.05 per cent.

Significant events after the end of the reporting period includes efforts regarding the Fund's second capital raising.
