ISSUANCE AND ALLOTMENT OF DEBENTURES IN ARTE COLLECTUM II AB (PUBL)

The Board of Directors in Arte Collectum II AB (publ) (the “Fund”) has on 16 December 2024 resolved upon an issue and allotment of debentures equal to a total nominal amount of EUR 8,160,000 with ISIN code SE0022447330 (“Debentures”) in accordance with the base prospectus (Sw. grundprospekt) and final terms (Sw. slutgiltiga villkor) published on the Fund’s website. This is the first of four planned issues in the Fund.

The Debentures are planned to be admitted to trading on the Nordic AIF segment at Nordic Main Regulated (NGM) on Thursday 19 December 2024.
