Artificial Solutions announces change of board member
Artificial Solutions® (SSME:ASAI), the leading specialist in conversational AI, announces that its board member, Fredrik Oweson, has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Artificial Solutions International AB (publ) (“Artificial Solutions” or the “Company”).
Fredrik Oweson today informsed the Chair of the board of his voluntary resignation from the Board of Directors. Mr. Oweson is Partner and co-founder of Scope, representing Artificial Solutions’ currently largest shareholder Scope Growth III on the Board. Mr. Oweson has been a board member of Artificial Solutions since Scope’s first investment in 2008.
