It seamlessly integrates with popular tech stacks such as Amazon Connect and Genesys Cloud CX, making it a versatile solution for diverse contact center environments.

The global contact center industry is projected to reach $496 billion by 2027, according to Statista. This growth is driven by technological advancements, expanding applications, and the increasing prevalence of remote work.
