Change in ownership Anders Cedronius, CEO and member of the Board of Directors in Artimplant AB, has sold 25,000 B-shares in Artimplant AB. Anders Cedronius' total ownership in Artimplant thereafter amounts to 75,000 A-shares, 277,600 B-shares and 50,000 warrants, which corresponds to 4.9 per cent of the capital and 6,2 per cent of the votes after full exercise of existing warrants. Svante Rasmuson, member of the Board of Directors in Artimplant AB, has privately and via company sold a total of 170,000 B-shares in Artimplant AB. Svante Rasmuson's total ownership in Artimplant thereafter amounts to 83,750 A-shares, 170,000 B-shares and 85,000 warrants, which corresponds to 4.1 per cent of the capital and 6,3 per cent of the votes after full exercise of existing warrants Artimplant is a research based biomaterial company focused on unmet needs in the field of orthopedic surgery. Artimplant's business concept is to develop, manufacture and market biodegradable implants that provide the injured tissue with temporary relief and support the body's natural healing process. Cartilage replacement - a new method for treatment of damaged cartilage - was developed by researchers employed or tied to Artimplant. The clinical documentation of the patients who have undergone cartilage replacement at GMC, has formed the basis for the US authorities' approval.
