Board member Chris Christopher purchased 15,800 shares at an average price of NOK 11.99 per share and holds 18,640 shares in the Company subsequent to this transaction..

CFO Peter Dam Madsen purchased 8,300 shares at an average price of NOK 11.99 per share and holds 72,741 shares in the Company subsequent to the transaction.
