Asetek Announces Settlement of Lawsuit with CoolIT Systems, Inc.

San Jose, February 5th, 2015 Asetek announces that it has settled its patent infringement lawsuit against CoolIT Systems, Inc. and agreed to dismiss the case (Asetek Danmark A/S v. CoolIT Systems, Inc., Northern District of California federal district court).

Although the specific terms of the settlement are confidential, the parties have agreed to the federal district court making a determination of whether and to what extent damages are to be awarded by the court to Asetek.

The court’s damages determination will be disclosed later in a separate release.
