Askalon AB acquires Portable Vibration Monitoring Business from Kunnox Oy, Finland.

Askalon AB represents since many years the division Reliability Solutions of Emerson Process Management in Sweden and Denmark. Among other things Askalon sells the brand CSI including equipment and supportive systems for vibration monitoring, both portable equipment and online systems. In Finland Askalon sells only online systems.

Kunnox Oy has represented Emerson Process Management for many years and has successfully been selling portable vibration monitoring equipment in Finland.

The companies have jointly decided that Askalon acquires the business from Kunnox Oy on October 1st 2016. One employer from Kunnox Oy, all customers and all support agreements are included in the acquisition. This is an important step in Askalons strategy to continue developing Reliable Solutions, including portable (CSI2140), online (CSI6500), and wireless (CSI9420) vibration monitoring as well as complete machine monitoring systems (AMS Suite), in Finland.

Askalon AB has 10 employees in Finland and 65 employees total in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. In the nearby future, we will expand with more employees in Finland. Our customers represents the Power and Process industry.
