Aspia and Accountor Outsourcing join forces to create the leading provider of technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services in the Nordics
Aspia (“Aspia” or “the Company”), the leading business partner for technology-enabled accounting, payroll, advisory, and tax, today announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Accountor Outsourcing, a leading player in the Nordic region.
The acquisition will make Aspia the undisputed leader in the Nordics and follows a natural step in the Company’s growth strategy, aimed at expanding and strengthening its presence in the Nordics and increasing its European footprint. With market leadership positions in their respective home markets Sweden and Finland, as well as combined top 5 positions in Norway and Denmark, the combination will allow clients of both businesses to be better served across their needs and benefit from a materially larger platform with increased investments in automation and digitalization.
The combined group will continue its growth journey across multiple markets and service areas, adding to its capabilities across digital platforms.

The acquisition is subject to certain conditions and is expected to be completed within short.
