Aspire Global's Annual Report for 2021 is as of today available on the company’s website. Aspire Global also presents a separate Sustainability Report for 2021.
Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, says in the Annual Report: “Aspire Global has made an amazing journey in recent years with substantial organic growth supplemented by value creating acquisitions. With our clear growth strategy, we have established ourselves as a leading iGaming supplier in regulated markets in Europe, Latin America and Africa. In January 2022, NeoGames, listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, made a public tender offer to the shareholders of Aspire Global to tender all their shares in the company to NeoGames. Aspire Global’s entire operations will form a new iGaming division within NeoGames, a technology-driven provider of end-to-end iLottery solutions.
