Swedish Gaming License Extended for Aspire Global

Aspire Global has been granted an extension of its Swedish iGaming license until December 31st 2021, enabling further operations in the regulated Swedish market in line with the growth strategy.

Aspire Global has been operating in the regulated Swedish market since January 1st2019, when the Swedish gambling authority (Spelinspektionen) first granted the company an iGaming license. The license from Spelinspektionen was initially limited to one (1) year but has now been extended to three (3) years by the Swedish administrative court (Förvaltningsrätten) following an appeal involving a number of other licensees. Aspire Global welcomes the verdict, enabling further operations in the regulated Swedish market in line with the growth strategy.
