Aspiro Mobile Solutions has expanded its agreement with FINN torget for the delivery of micro payments. Aspiro already facilitates FINN torget’s service where users can pay for advertisements through a pay call. Starting today, Aspiro will also provide the possibility of payment through SMS.

Finn.no is Norway's largest buying and selling market on the Internet. The service has over 4 million users per month and on average there are about 300 000 ads available on the site.

Since mid-July, Aspiro has handled all available telephone numbers, which customers are calling in to when paying for their ads on the site. Starting today, the possibility to pay for ads through an SMS payment is also added. Users can thus sell a product through FINN torget using a micro payment charged to the their cell phone bill either through a call or through SMS.

"Micro payment through SMS over GAS is an effective and easy payment solution that we will continue to see more of in the future. For consumers it is much easier to pay minor amounts through SMS, than to enter credit card number and codes from their bank security code box. For Aspiro, this is about delivering a large scale product, which we has several years experience in doing”, says Peter Tonstad, CEO of Aspiro Mobile Solutions.

The service to FINN torget is among the largest in Norway on the new CPA GAS (Content Provider Access – Goods And Services)- regime, which was introduced in January this year. The regime facilitates payment of goods and services through the mobile telephone bill.
