Accusations against InfoCreator unfounded The Swedish enforcement service authority today carried out a search at InfoCreator AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aspiro. The search was aimed at determining if InfoCreator was using certain computer software without authorization. The search was carried out after a request from a previous employee of the company to one of InfoCreator's former founders. A search was also carried out at the home of the former founder. According to information Aspiro has received, the Swedish enforcement service authority has not found any unauthorized computer software. Aspiro acquired InfoCreator in the spring of 2000 at a value of SEK 1.75 million with the customary guarantees in respect of product rights. The main objective of the acquisition was to obtain ownership of InfoCreator's domain name, Wapservice.
