Aspiro AB (publ) Interim report January-March 2001 ·Net sales amounted to SEK 13.1 m (SEK 2.1 m) ·The result after financial items amounted to SEK -31.8 m (SEK -34.1 m). ·The company's liquid funds amounted to SEK 108.1 m at the end of the period. ·Orders received during the period amounted to SEK 30.0 m (SEK 19.9 m, of which SEK 18.4 m originated from acquired companies). As of May 8, the total value of orders received had risen to SEK 42.5 m. ·Aspiro signed 18 new sales agreements with customers in Europe and the USA during the period. After the end of the period a further 8 agreements had been signed as of May 8. ·Revenues secured for the year based on the company's orderbook at year-end 2000 and orders received during the period amount to approximately SEK 60 m, i.e. approximately 1/3 of the year's expected revenues. ·Aspiro's portfolio of services grew by 56 services and contained 162 different products and concepts at the end of the period. ·The previously announced revenue forecast for 2001 (Year End Report) remains unchanged. Expected revenues of SEK 175-190 m for 2001. Expected orders received amounts to SEK 325-375 m for 2001. A positive monthly result after financial items is expected during the fourth quarter of 2001. ·Aspiro's plans for a listing on the O-list of the OM Stockholm Exchange remain unchanged. ·After the end of the period, Aspiro signed a global distribution agreement with Ericsson. Ericsson will sell Aspiro's services.
