Aspiro acquires Advox Aspiro is today announcing the acquisition of the wireless IT/Telecom product company Advox. Aspiro AB has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Advox AB, payable in 60 000 Aspiro AB shares. Advox is a company with solid competence and solutions within wireless e- mail and messaging. Its portfolio contains a scalable and highly reliable web based e-mail server. This product has been further enhanced by the development of a WAP interface, which allows regular e-mail to be accessed through WAP. Its worldwide installed base of customers contains both public and private organizations of varying size. - The product mix between Aspiro and Advox is a perfect match both from a technology and a marketing perspective.
