In connection with djuice wanting to expand their music offering, djuice has launched a new music web store. The solution is developed and delivered by Aspiro in cooperation with Telenor. With this solution Aspiro has developed a real dual download service, where customers can choose to buy their music on web or wap and get easy access to the music both on their computer and their mobile phone.

- The new solution represents the absolute latest within music sales, where we combine our strength on mobile with a web approach. We’re connecting the knowledge we have gathered over the years into a really great product, delivered to djuice, says Aspiro’s CEO Gunnar Sellæg.

The music store contains over 700,000 songs from record companies such as Universal, SonyBMG, Warner Music and EMI as well as Phonofile, Bonnier Amigo and a large amount of smaller local and international record companies and you can search for albums, artists or songs directly. When a song is downloaded through the Internet and has been saved on the computer, the customer automatically receives an SMS linking to the mobile music store.

All songs downloaded is stored in a personal catalogue called “My music”, so you can always return to the music you have bought, - either on mobile or on the computer - and redownload it free of charge, if you should loose or change your mobile or computer.

- Aspiro has been a very professional and competent partner. We are very happy with our cooperation with Aspiro, says Klaus Sørland, Music Manager in Telenor.
