As Aspiro has successfully completed its plan for company reorganisation, the Malmö District Court today decided to repeal the company reorganisation.

On November 19, 2002, the Malmö District Court decided on a company reorganisation for Aspiro. The reorganisation work has concentrated on focusing on the company's core business and hence reducing the company's costs, achieving a settlement with the company's creditors and acquiring new capital for the company. Aspiro AB has modified its business according to the reorganisation plan and has managed to reduce its costs. The company has also, through a composition, reached a settlement with its creditors according to plan. The new share issue, which is stated in the reorganisation plan was fully subscribed for, and hence successfully completed. With reference to the above, the Malmö District Court today decided that Aspiro AB's company reorganisation shall be repealed. ”Having the reorganisation and the new share issue behind us, full focus is given on developing Aspiro's core business in order to ultimately justify the confidence given us by our shareholders, customers and suppliers", says Håkan Persson, CEO of Aspiro. "Now we can face the future from a greatly improved standpoint and with full power, work to increase our revenues."
