Aspiro's new share issue completed

The previously announced new share issue with preferential rights for stockholders in Aspiro has now been completed. The issue was fully subscribed and provides Aspiro with SEK 29.8 million before issue expenses.

During October, Aspiro has carried out a new issue of shares with preferential rights for company share holders. The issue was fully subscribed with an over-subscription of 70 percent. The new share issue provides Aspiro with SEK 29.8 million before issue expenses. The total number of shares after the issue with preferential rights amounts to 26 503 312.
