Aspiro´s new stock info fully subscribed

The telecom company Aspiro announces that its recent issue of a further 2.5 million shares for SEK 100 million has been fully subscribed. Subscribers include LF WASA, Banco, Brummer & Partners, Latour and the Gustaf Douglas family. The issue enables Aspiro to strengthen its position as one of the leading companies in the development of wireless mobile services.

Christer Månsson, president of Aspiro, considers the successful new issue an important stage on the road to a listing on the stock exchange. "We know that the market we are working in is growing and that it will continue to grow at a rapid pace. The strength of our concept is proved by the fact that such strong financial interests have invested in Aspiro." Aspiro´s board of directors is very positive towards the issue of new stock which was carried out by Cheuvreux Nordic. The issue consisted of 2.5 million shares and is worth SEK 100 million before costs. The total number of Aspiro shares issued now amounts to 7.5 million. Cheuvreux Nordic is a subsidiary of one of Europe´s largest banks, Crédit Agricole. The Cheuvreux Group is a brokerage which specializes in European stock. The Group has approximately 600 employees in Europe. Aspiro was formed in August 1998. The company has grown since its conception and now has 40 employees.
