Aspiro's reorganisation process according to plan

Aspiro's reorganisation process is proceeding according to plan. Today, a creditors' meeting took place at Malmö District Court. To date, creditors representing 77% of all claims have accepted a composition. On November 19, 2002, Malmö District Court decided on a company reorganisation for Aspiro AB. The reorganisation work has concentrated on focusing on the company's core business and hence reducing the company's costs, achieving a settlement with the company's creditors and acquiring new capital for the company. Today, a creditors' meeting has taken place at Malmö District Court where Aspiro's creditors have been informed about the process. Creditors with claims exceeding SEK 20,000 have been offered a composition of 25% of all claims exceeding SEK 20,000. Up to this date, creditors representing 77% of all claims have accepted this composition. The work of getting all creditors to accept the composition continues Hence all processes, within the frame of the reorganisation, are proceeding according to plan.
