Aspiro to be listed on Stockholm Exchange's O-list on June 6 On May 17, the Stockholm Exchange's Listing Committee approved Aspiro AB's application for a listing on the Exchange's O-list. The first listing day will be June 6 2001. The last day of trading of Aspiro's stock on the New Market is Tuesday June 5 2001. Over the past year, Aspiro has increased its number of customers from five in three countries to 40 in ten countries. The company has expanded its portfolio of products from 25 to 180 services and signed global distribution agreements with both Nokia and Ericsson. The company has also developed from being a purely entrepreneurial company with a weak financial position to a business-driven company with a sound economy. "Aspiro's quotation on an official list feels like the natural step to take," says Lena Wittbjer, CEO of Aspiro. "A stock market introduction onto the O-list makes Aspiro accessible to a larger number of prospective owners. Since May 9 2000, Aspiro has been listed on the New Market. Aspiro will be de-listed from the New Market on June 5 2001. The first day of trading on the O-List will be June 6 2001.
