Aspiro transferred to its ordinary position on the O-list

Stockholmsbörsen does not consider it to be any substantial uncertainty regarding the financial situation of the company anymore, and has therefore decided that the shares in Aspiro shall be transferred to their ordinary position on the O-list with effect from November 14, 2003.

Aspiro AB notified November 18, 2002 that the company had financial problems. Due to the company’s unstable financial situation the shares in Aspiro AB were placed on the O-list under observation November 19, 2002. Since then Aspiro AB has undergone a company reorganization and raised new funds through new issues of shares. The latest issue, which was completed in the end of October, provided SEK 29.8 m before issue expenses. Due to the above stated facts, Stockholmsbörsen does not consider it to be any substantial uncertainty regarding the financial situation of the company. Stockholmsbörsen has therefore decided that the shares in Aspiro AB (ISIN-code SE0000500258 – Order book ID 13291) shall be transferred to their ordinary position on the O-list with effect from November 14, 2003.
