Aspiro Ventures invests in Norwegian Colibria AS
Aspiro Ventures invests in Norwegian Colibria AS Aspiro Ventures, a division of Aspiro AB, a world leading company within mobile Internet, today announces its first investment by becoming a part- owner of the newly established Norwegian company Colibria AS. Aspiro Ventures was created in February this year in response to the overwhelming number of inquires from entrepreneurs within mobile Internet. The purpose of Aspiro Ventures is to offer financial and industrial support to new and innovative companies within Aspiro's own core competence, mobile Internet, thereby creating the right platform for successful long-term business relations. This first investment will make Aspiro a part owner of the Norwegian company Colibria AS. The NOK 3 million investment gives Aspiro a 7.5% partnership and a seat on the board of directors in the company. Venture Partners AS in cooperation with the founders and employee owners of Colibria AS, make up the majority of investors.
