Aspiro will provide mobile sounds for Telenor

Aspiro becomes exclusive provider of ring tones for Telenor, the largest mobile operator in Norway. This is one of the main categories at Telenor’s wap portal.

Aspiro will be responsible for the development and delivery of content for the sound category (ring tones) at Telenor’s Norwegian wap portal. The agreement includes co-operation with Telenor’s Danish subsidiary, the mobile operator Sonofon. Sound is one of Telenor’s main categories within mobile content services. Aspiro will also be responsible for the further development within the category. New and technically more advanced mobile phones enable Aspiro to offer new services. The co-operation with Telenor will be initiated immediately and the category will be launched in December. Telenor will be one of Aspiro’s major partners, based on expected sales. Aspiro is the leading provider of mobile content services to operators in Sweden. Following the agreements with Telenor and NetCom, Aspiro also becomes the leading provider of mobile content services to operators in Norway.
