Johan Lenander appointed permanent CEO

Since April Aspiro’s Board has conducted a thorough recruiting process in order to find best possible CEO for the company. Two different recruiting companies have been engaged and with assistance from them, the Board has evaluated both external and internal candidates. Based on this process the Board has decided today to appoint acting CEO Johan Lenander as CEO for Aspiro permanently. – In the recruiting process it has turned out that the best candidate was to find within the company. We in the Board are pleased that Johan has accepted the offer to become CEO for the company permanently. He has sound knowledge about the industry, experience from leading organizations in rapid change and he also stands for continuity that we very much appreciate at this stage of Aspiro’s development, says Erik Mitteregger, Chairman of the Board. – The past month as acting CEO has been very exciting and we have been going through the final stage of an integration process. We are now well prepared to face the most important sales period of the year; July until August. In the longer perspective, I will continue to focus on growth, both organically and via acquisitions, says Johan Lenander, CEO.
