Merger between Aspiro and Mobilehits delayed

As earlier announced, Aspiro AB and Melody Interactive Solutions AB (”Mobilehits”) intend to merge by Aspiro making an offer for all shares in Mobilehits.

By the end of the offer period, on June 13 2003, the principal conditions for the merger which Aspiro had given to the shareholders of Mobilehits, i.e. acceptance from at least 90 percent of the shareholders of Mobilehits and registration of Mobilehits' new share issue, were not yet fulfilled. Up to this date, these conditions are yet not fulfilled. At present, Aspiro has not taken any decisions whether to prolong the offer period or to waive any condition.
