New number of shares and votes in Aspiro AB (publ)

With reference to the provisions in the legislation relating to trading with financial instruments we hereby announce that the rights issue carried out by Aspiro AB has involved an increase of the number of shares and votes in the company during September as follows:

Before the rights issue: total number of shares and votes 206,260,016.

After the rights issue: total number of shares and votes 343,766,693.
