Statement from Aspiro concerning court summons from Pactive Pactive AB has today submitted an application for a summons to Malmö district court against InfoCreator. Pactive claims that a script and software that had been used at InfoCreator's website, wapservice.com, infringes upon copyrights belonging to Pactive. Pactive has not made any claims for damages against InfoCreator. Aspiro acquired InfoCreator in February 2000. One of InfoCreator's founders was previously employed at Pactive. The software referred to in the summons constitutes a very small part of InfoCreator's services. It has never been used commercially and has now been taken out of use.
