Chubb Plc sell their remaining shares in ASSA ABLOY
In order to limit the uncertainty of a possible future sales by Chubb Group Ltd of their ASSA ABLOY shares and to place them in a controlled fashion, it has been decided that Chubb should be released from their lock-up agreement. Chubb has hereby divested all their shares in ASSA ABLOY.
