Assemblin Caverion Group in Norway acquires Dørteknikk Midt-Norge, strengthening its position within security and access technology in Central Norway

Assemblin Caverion Group in Norway acquires Dørteknikk Midt-Norge AS and strengthens its position within security and access technology. The acquisition provides increased capacity, broader expertise and new opportunities in Central Norway. Dørteknikk Midt-Norge AS has an annual revenue of approximately NOK 30 million and eight employees.
Dørteknikk Midt-Norge, established in 2018, provides services in areas such as door automation, access control, and evacuation systems, as well as design and technical services to office buildings, shopping centres, hotels and schools, among others.
“Dørteknikk Midt-Norge strengthens our security offering, which is one of the strategic growth areas for Assemblin Caverion Group, and complements the activities of Caverion's existing operations in Trondheim. With this acquisition, we become a stronger and larger player and envision further development within this field in the region”, says Torkil Skancke Hansen, CEO of Assemblin Caverion Norway, EVP.
