Assemblin Electrical has acquired the assets of electrical installation company Elkontakt Installation i Malmö AB (“Elkontakt”). Elkontakt maintains operations in Malmö and Lund, Sweden. The company has six employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 10 million.
Elkontakt was founded in 2017 and comprises six employees with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Elkontakt has a high level of expertise in the areas of data, electricity and energy, and provides both installation project and service assignments. The offering also includes installation of charging stations for electric cars.

With joint forces we will have a stronger local market position with a broader expertise, which benefits our customer,” says Fredrik Allthin, EVP and CEO of the Assemblin’s Electrical Sweden division.
The customer base comprises construction companies, property companies, industrial operations and public-sector clients.
“I look forward to continuing our operations as part of Assemblin and I am certain that this is a step in the right direction, for our employees and customers alike,” says Mats Jeppsson, President at Elkontakt.
