Caverion Finland strengthens its market position in the technical services market for industry and its processes through the acquisition of Stig-Pipe Oy

Caverion Finland has concluded an agreement whereby Caverion acquires Stig-Pipe Oy through an asset deal. The company operates in South Karelia, Eastern Finland. Stig-Pipe's 22 employees will be transferred to Caverion.
Stig-Pipe serves large industrial companies in the steel and forest sectors as well as several public sector organisations operating in South Karelia. Stig-Pipe has almost 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering and metalworking and specialises in industrial pipe, metal, sheet metal and scaffolding. The company's annual net sales amount to approximately 2.2 million euros.

The transaction now offers customer companies a wide range of services in the technical maintenance, repair and technical design of industrial plants and industrial processes, as well as in infrastructure construction and, for example, in strengthening energy efficiency.
