Management changes in Caverion Sweden

Uno Lundberg has decided to step down as CEO of Caverion Sweden and as member of the Executive Management Team of Assemblin Caverion Group. Group President and CEO Mats Johansson will take responsibility as acting CEO as of 14 October 2024.
In connection with the merger of Assemblin and Caverion, there has been a further strategic review of the Assemblin and Caverion business in Sweden. To accelerate the strategy and develop the company in Sweden, it has been decided that Caverion Sweden will focus on Technical Facility Management (TFM) and related business, whereas Assemblin will focus on installation projects and services. As a consequence, Caverion’s former project business will be part of Assemblin's Swedish divisions together with other selected units going forward.
In connection with this strategy review, Uno Lundberg has decided to step down as CEO of Caverion Sweden and as member of the Executive Management Team of Assemblin Caverion Group. Mats Johansson, President and Group CEO, will take responsibility as acting CEO of Caverion Sweden as of 14 October 2024.
The ambition is to continue to be one of the market leaders in the Technical Facility Management space supported by the vast technical service and installation competences in Sweden.
